About The Position

As a Recruiter at Omni Fiber, you'll lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles - especially for sales and field-based positions - and act as a trusted partner to hiring managers. You'll help us attract great talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and create a positive experience for every applicant.

Requirements

• 1–3 years recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of hiring compliance and employment laws.
• Ability to travel within Ohio and Western Pennsylvania for recruiting events.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Experience recruiting for sales or field operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, community outreach, and referrals.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and prepare hiring materials.
• Coach hiring managers through interview and selection best practices.
• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting in the ATS.
• Participate in job fairs and recruiting events across Ohio and Western PA.
• Ensure recruitment practices align with legal compliance and company policy.
