As a Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in attracting top talent to support our world-class resorts. Acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers, you’ll craft and execute tailored recruitment strategies, leverage data and sourcing tools to find the best candidates, and deliver a seamless, high-touch hiring experience. Requirements

• 1+ years of prior recruitment/staffing experience involving candidate interviewing, evaluation and placement
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Innovative Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to build creative, targeted recruitment plans and source talent through platforms like social media, job boards, and networking.
• Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the hiring process from posting and sourcing to screening and coordinating interviews with hiring managers through to offer stage.
• Exceptional Candidate Experience: Deliver clear communication and timely feedback to ensure every candidate has a positive and professional experience.
• Data-Driven Insights: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing efforts and improve overall hiring outcomes.
• Building Talent Pipelines: Proactively engage with potential candidates to create a strong, ready-to-hire talent pool for future roles.
