Position Purpose We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Recruiting Specialist. JCB is growing and this role is critical to our success within the organization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment with knowledge of sourcing, screening, and best hiring practices. Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment and conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
  • Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with our Sponsored Dealership - Dealer Principles and their hiring managers.
  • Post all open positions on ATS and external platforms.
  • Maintain talent pipelines for key Dealership roles (e.g., service techs, sales reps).
  • Support dealership- specific outreach efforts and collaborate on recruiting efforts.
  • Use Sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, indeed and Dayforce) to identify top talent.
  • Works and forms relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments to better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Maintain updated candidate pipelines in the ATS for exempt manufacturing and dealership programs.
  • Create and manage job postings tailored to the target audiences.
  • Ensure postings reflect employer branding and Employer of Choice initiatives.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, candidates and panel members.
  • Handle all communication related to interview logistics including but not limited to partnering with our travel team to obtain travel itineraries.
  • Ensure interview feedback is captured and processed efficiently.
  • Foster proactive communication within your talent pool advising candidates on each step of the interview process.
  • Provide weekly updates to the recruiting manager on recruitment activities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for dealership-sponsored recruiting and exempt manufacturing efforts without assuming formal management duties.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.
