Lead full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending verbal/written offers. Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, prioritize requisitions, and maintain strong communication. Conduct pre‑screens, schedule interviews, prepare interview materials, and participate in interviews as needed. Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal hiring processes. Create and manage job postings, advertisements, and sourcing campaigns. Actively source candidates using tools such as Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and community outreach. Manage candidate activity, documentation, and reporting within the ATS. Provide a positive candidate experience and communicate key details around compensation, benefits, and next steps. Attend occasional job fairs, community events, and recruitment activities. Support internal transfers and assist with creating offer letters and recruitment reporting.
