Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support Patriot Growth Insurance Services. This role leads full-cycle recruiting exclusively within the insurance industry, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire specialized talent across brokerage and agency operations. The ideal candidate brings direct insurance recruiting experience, understands industry roles and terminology, and can manage multiple concurrent searches while delivering hires within defined time-to-fill expectations. Work Location Arrangements : This is a full-time, fully remote position.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within the insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting technical and licensed positions in insurance brokerages and agencies.
  • Strong understanding of insurance terminology, licensing requirements, agency structures, and market dynamics.
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise hiring managers on market conditions and talent strategies.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for insurance-specific roles, from structured intake through offer acceptance.
  • Conduct detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, licensing needs, technical competencies, and success profiles.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for producers, account managers, account executives, and other specialized insurance talent.
  • Screen candidates for technical knowledge, licensing, carrier relationships, and brokerage experience.
  • Facilitate structured interview processes and ensure timely feedback and alignment with business stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity and documentation in ATS; provide regular pipeline and performance updates to leadership and hiring managers.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and adjust sourcing strategies to meet insurance market demand.
