To build our high-performance team, we are looking for a Recruiter who can raise the bar. Your job is simple in principle and demanding in practice: Consistently hire outstanding talent. That means delivering 4-6 high-quality hires per month that are not only a great fit for the role, but also a win for our culture. You’ll own the full hiring cycle. You’ll manage inbound candidates, proactively source to maintain momentum, activate referrals, run sharp screening interviews, and ensure we close top candidates. You won’t wait for the right talent to appear – you’ll make sure we find and hire them. This is a remote role with real autonomy. We don’t care where you work from. We care about hiring outcomes. You’ll be trusted to manage your pipeline, prioritize effectively, and pull in the right stakeholders to close great people. As we scale, you’ll also help strengthen the recruiting engine itself. You’ll use data to understand what’s working, fix what isn’t, and improve speed and quality over time. Our process is still shaping up. You’ll help make it scalable and consistent.
