About The Position

Allient Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma! Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or HR, Master’s Degree preferred. SHRM or HRCI certification desired
• Must possess at a minimum of three (3) years of experience in recruitment and/or Human Resources
• Has excellent MS Office skills, Adobe Acrobat and other databases including but not limited to ADP, Kronos, ICIMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as lead recruiter for personnel including but not limited to requisition pre-approval process, posting of position, screening of candidates, scheduling of interviews, regrouping with interview team to discuss hiring and compensation determinations, drafting and providing offer of employment to candidates, and oversee new hire employment eligibility and post-offer screening process.
• Partners with universities and other organizations to maintain a sourcing pipeline for top-level talent for the current and future staffing needs.
• Schedule, coordinates and equips job fairs and other networking opportunities to increase candidate participation and flow to source future staffing needs.
• Fulfills recruitment goals and assists in posting job openings on job boards, company career page, etc
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
