Kielty’s continued growth by managing high-volume recruiting efforts across Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC divisions for both Service and New Construction teams. This role blends hands-on recruiting, outreach, and administrative coordination with oversight of the company’s safety program and claims management. This position is ideal for a highly organized, people-focused professional who enjoys outbound communication, relationship-building, and keeping multiple processes running smoothly.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition (trade or construction experience is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), experience with BambooHR is a plus
  • Experience using recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and similar job boards
  • Strong outbound communication skills and comfort with high-volume calling
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/recruiting systems
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC (Service and New Construction)
  • Conduct outbound recruiting calls, texts, and emails to prospective candidates
  • Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting metrics
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled trade talent
  • Represent R.J. Kielty at job fairs, trade events, and hiring expos
  • Build relationships with trade schools, colleges, technical programs, and workforce organizations
  • Coordinate internship, apprenticeship, and early-career recruiting initiatives
  • Promote R.J. Kielty’s employer brand in the community
  • Select and develop safety meeting topics based on current safety events, field incidents, seasonal risks, and work environment
  • Coordinate, schedule, and support safety meetings to ensure they run smoothly and consistently
  • Maintain ongoing documentation of safety meetings, training, and safety initiatives
  • Track participation, acknowledgments, and compliance related to safety efforts
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership, field teams, and safety partners
  • Oversee all onboarding activities for new hires across Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical divisions
  • Ensure completion of onboarding documentation, policies, safety badges and acknowledgments
  • Coordinate PPE issuance, tracking, and compliance
  • Maintain accurate employee records related to onboarding, safety, and compliance
