As a Recruiting Assistant, you will coordinate the recruitment process from job posting through candidate selection and offer stage. You will be responsible for posting and managing job openings through the organization's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and external job boards, screening applications and resumes to identify candidates, and scheduling and coordinating interviews. Additionally, you will participate in job fairs and hiring events, maintain accurate records within the ATS, and track recruitment metrics.
