The Regal team is seeking a Recruiting Associate to be the operational backbone of our recruiting and hiring team. This role is for someone who can independently source candidates, manage recruiting logistics for both video and onsite interviews, proactively improve processes, run our day-to-day systems & workflows, and help implement and manage cutting-edge tools to keep up with the team's fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting, or talent acquisition support
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple scheduling requests and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-first mindset
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over your work
  • Interested in learning sourcing techniques and growing within a recruiting career path
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting technical or GTM hiring is a plus
  • Familiarity with ATS tools such as Ashby, Lever, or Greenhouse
  • Early-stage startup experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support the end-to-end hiring process across technical and GTM roles
  • Manage interview scheduling and logistics, coordinating across candidates, interviewers, and calendars to ensure a smooth process
  • Support onsite interview days, greet candidates, and ensure they feel welcomed and supported throughout their experience
  • Assist with sourcing efforts by identifying and reaching out to potential candidates across LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Help maintain active candidate pipelines by tracking outreach, follow-ups, and interview progress
  • Systems-oriented with a passion for a clean ATS system, accurate reporting, and process automation to make data-informed decisions
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and a high-quality experience
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and job postings within the ATS
  • Support recruiters with screening logistics, interview coordination, and candidate communications
  • Assist with employer branding and recruiting initiatives such as job board postings, talent community outreach, and events
  • Help identify opportunities to streamline recruiting processes and improve the candidate and interviewer experience
