KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Recruiting Co-op will support our Platform Services Talent Management team with full-time and campus recruiting efforts across various departments. Specific responsibilities will include: Heavy candidate scheduling and coordination from first rounds/phone screens through candidate debriefs; coordinate candidate communications and logistics Regular communications with our external search firm partners to provide search updates and scheduling requests Assist with the initiation of background checks and first day orientation scheduling Assist with other initiatives related to talent management function for our Platform Services teams as needed GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS Able to juggle multiple assignments at once in a fast-paced environment Great attention to detail Exceptional organizational and communication skills Proactive approach to daily work and projects Team player who can also work independently Prior experience scheduling and coordinating meetings or interviews a plus Experience with MS Outlook calendar and ZOOM a plus Compensation: Expected Hourly Rate of Pay $24.00 – $26.00 Actual hourly rate of pay will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
