About The Position

As a Technical Recruiting Coordinator at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you will play a key role in supporting high-volume, technical hiring across Engineering, Product, Data, and Infrastructure teams. You will drive a best-in-class candidate experience while ensuring seamless execution of complex, end-to-end recruiting operations in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will partner closely with Technical Recruiters, Engineering Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate multi-stage interview processes. This role requires strong operational excellence, attention to detail, and familiarity with technical terminology and hiring workflows. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth tech environments, understands the nuances of technical hiring, and enjoys improving scalable recruiting processes.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, HR, administrative, or related experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
  • Familiarity managing calendars with Google Workspace
  • Experience with ATS platforms and scheduling tools preferred
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and operates effectively through ambiguity
  • Collaborative team player with a service-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Own scheduling and coordination of interviews and debriefs across multiple teams and time zones
  • Ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for candidates from application through onboarding
  • Proactively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders to drive speed and clarity
  • Partner with Technical Recruiters to manage hiring pipelines for specialized roles (e.g., Backend, Frontend, Mobile, Full Stack, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Cloud/Infrastructure)
  • Prepare interview materials and ensure hiring teams are fully equipped for interviews
  • Manage pre-employment processes including background checks, references, offer documentation, and onboarding coordination
  • Track and maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS and reporting dashboards
  • Partner with Recruiters to identify scheduling bottlenecks and implement process improvements
  • Contribute to automation and process enhancement initiatives with a scalable, efficiency-first mindset
