We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Recruiting Coordinator.

Requirements

Ability to work in high volume environments.
You must have 3 years of experience in computer operation.
You must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage full-cycle onboarding for new hires and internal candidates.
Process and monitor background checks, drug screenings, employment verifications, and driver compliance requirements.
Ensure all pre-employment documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Maintain and audit multiple reports, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timely updates.
Serve as a liaison between hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and streamline interview and onboarding processes.
Track onboarding milestones and proactively follow up to prevent delays in start dates.
Adapt to shifting priorities, urgent hiring needs, and changing deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
