About The Position

T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. By the time you finish reading this paragraph, we will have produced two solar panels that will power American homes and fuel domestic AI. The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and administrative recruiting processes to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments
  • Familiarity with interview scheduling tools and calendar management
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment practices
  • Bilingual (Spanish)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
  • Coordinate and schedule job fairs, hiring events, etc.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
  • Manage job postings across job boards and internal systems
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates and reviewing resumes
  • Prepare interview materials and ensure interviewers are aligned and informed
  • Facilitate offer processes, including drafting and sending offer letters
  • Support onboarding coordination for new hires
  • Track recruiting metrics and generating reports as needed
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every touchpoint
