Rhino Central Services Rhino Central Services is the backbone of All Things Metal Industries, providing HR, finance, and IT support exclusively for ATM Steel, RoXteel, and KorFab. While we don’t produce steel or panels ourselves, our work keeps the whole family of companies running smoothly. Everything we do is focused on supporting our specialized teams so they can succeed. Role Overview The Recruiter plays a key role in attracting and welcoming the right people to our team. This position manages not only the beginning of the hiring process—screening applicants, partnering closely with business units to coordinate interviews, and guiding candidates through each step with clear communication and professionalism—but also continues to support employees throughout their careers with ATM Industries. While we collaborate with our PEO partner for certain administrative and compliance functions, this role ensures the recruiting experience remains organized, timely, and people-focused — helping us hire not just for skill, but for long-term fit within our culture. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in related field
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting processes
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook) & basic computer/internet skills
  • Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive team-player attitude
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to multi-task
  • High integrity and commitment to company values
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-changing industry
