STR is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead technical and non-technical recruiting for mission-critical defense and national security programs. This role blends hands-on recruiting, people leadership, and strategic partnership with engineering and business leaders across the organization. You will manage and develop a team of recruiters while helping shape STR’s employer brand and recruiting strategy for hard-to-fill technical roles, including cyber, data analytics, sensors, radar, RF, software, and systems engineering. This is a high-impact role for a recruiting leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building strong relationships with hiring divisions. This role is Woburn-based with a hybrid schedule of 1–2 onsite days per week and remote work flexibility.
