Location & Work Arrangement This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco office , with an expectation of being onsite 3 days per week to support onsite candidate interviews and day-of coordination needs. The specific onsite days may vary based on interview volume and team needs. We’re seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist for the next 6–12 months to be the connective tissue between our people, processes, and tools in Talent Acquisition. In this role, you’ll blend systems savvy with a strong service mindset — owning candidate scheduling via GoodTime, elevating the candidate experience, and making it easier for our global teams to hire efficiently and thoughtfully across Tech, Business, and global roles. You’ll support both onsite interview coordination in San Francisco and broader recruiting operations work across systems, processes, and tools. You’ll have real ownership over projects, the room to experiment and improve how we work, and a front-row seat to how great hiring gets done at Oura.
