We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will help our Recruiting team operate effectively and win in a competitive talent marketplace. As the Recruiting Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the 'go-to-market' strategy and execution for our recruiting technology stack. You will play a critical role in integrating our existing technology solutions while collaborating with our internal technology leaders and external vendors to implement an AI-enabled end-to-end solution that meets the evolving needs of our business partners and hiring managers. This position requires a deep understanding of recruitment technologies, talent market dynamics, and candidate and recruiting team needs, as well as strong project management and communication skills. You'll play a leadership role across a diverse set of Recruiting's highest priority initiatives to position the Recruiting team for success over a multi-year time horizon.
