We are seeking a strategic and proactive Recruiting Sourcer to help build and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for hard-to-fill and niche roles across the organization. In this role, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent for both immediate openings and long-term workforce planning. You will partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, provide market intelligence through talent mapping, and help ensure we stay competitive and ahead of hiring trends.
