About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and proactive Recruiting Sourcer to help build and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for hard-to-fill and niche roles across the organization. In this role, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent for both immediate openings and long-term workforce planning. You will partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, provide market intelligence through talent mapping, and help ensure we stay competitive and ahead of hiring trends. If you are naturally curious, data-driven, relationship-oriented, and energized by finding exceptional talent others can’t, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 2+ years prior relevant experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques including Boolean search, social media, and niche platforms
  • Experience using ATS systems such as Workday
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify and engage high-caliber talent
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to uncover new talent pools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with strong partnership skills across recruiting and hiring teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience sourcing for technical, executive, or highly specialized roles is a plus
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, or similar platforms

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, source, and engage candidates for challenging, hard-to-fill, and specialized roles across multiple departments
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for medium- to high-priority positions
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to assess industry trends, competitive landscapes, and key talent pools
  • Partner closely with Recruiters to align on job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Perform initial candidate outreach, screening, and assessments to ensure strong alignment with role requirements
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by sharing insights into role expectations and company culture
  • Maintain accurate and compliant candidate data within CRM and ATS systems
  • Leverage LinkedIn, niche job boards, talent communities, and networking events to build long-term relationships
  • Stay informed on emerging sourcing tools, trends, and best practices to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness
  • Support additional recruiting-related initiatives as needed
