You will work closely with the COO, internal recruiters, and cross-departmental teams to ensure recruitment processes run smoothly and candidates experience a professional and welcoming introduction to the company. This is a professional, front-facing role requiring excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a polished presence. Over time, this role provides a pathway to build sourcing and recruiting skills, with opportunities to expand into broader talent acquisition responsibilities.
