As Recruitment Marketing Program Manager III, your responsibility will be to manage, develop and execute strategies to optimize our careers website while partnering closely with internal communications teams. You'll also manage our video content system, curating authentic, caregiver-generated videos that highlight the voices and stories of our team. These videos are a powerful tool in helping potential candidates understand why Cleveland Clinic is a phenomenal place to work and build a career. A successful candidate will have experience managing recruitment marketing mixed media campaigns, experience using content management systems, and ability to adhere to brand standards. This position offers a valuable opportunity to apply your expertise in a way that directly supports attracting top talent to our organization. You'll have the chance to build strong, collaborative relationships with the Talent Acquisition Team and various departments across the Cleveland Clinic Enterprise, playing a key role in connecting exceptional candidates with a purpose-driven workplace. A caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Mondays and Fridays remote and Tuesday - Thursday in-office at the Administrative Campus Beachwood, Ohio location.
