About the position

Cleveland Clinic is looking to add an experienced Recruitment Marketing Program Manager III to help shape how we connect with future caregivers. As Recruitment Marketing Program Manager III, your responsibility will be to manage, develop and execute strategies to optimize our careers website while partnering closely with internal communications teams. You'll also manage our video content system, curating authentic, caregiver-generated videos that highlight the voices and stories of our team. These videos are a powerful tool in helping potential candidates understand why Cleveland Clinic is a phenomenal place to work and build a career. A successful candidate will have experience managing recruitment marketing mixed media campaigns, experience using content management systems, and ability to adhere to brand standards. This position offers a valuable opportunity to apply your expertise in a way that directly supports attracting top talent to our organization. You'll have the chance to build strong, collaborative relationships with the Talent Acquisition Team and various departments across the Cleveland Clinic Enterprise, playing a key role in connecting exceptional candidates with a purpose-driven workplace. A caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Mondays and Fridays remote and Tuesday - Thursday in-office at the Administrative Campus Beachwood, Ohio location.

Responsibilities

  • Manages Always-On Digital Media Campaign. Include vendor communication, campaign optimization, etc.
  • Copy write on an as needed basis for external promotions, social content calendar, job postings, and leader communications, while partnering with internal communications teams regularly.
  • Manage caregiver curated video content for career site and other marketing needs.
  • Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.
  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside the community.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
  • Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and 5 years of related experience OR Master's Degree and 4 years of experience
  • Strong presentation, communication and training skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Recruitment or Marketing experience
  • Experience with website Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Digital marketing tactics, including video, email campaigning and programmatic jobs
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, interpret and report on data
  • Advertising Agency experience
  • Master's Degree
