You'll lead charge in bringing our employer story to life through strategic, creative and data-informed campaigns- especially across social platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook. You'll collaborate with recruiters, hiring leaders, creative partners, and even our frontline teams to spotlight real voices and real experiences.
Responsibilities
- Designing and executing social media strategies that attract and engage top talent
- Capturing photo and video content for use across digital platforms and career marketing materials
- Creating content calendars, managing posting schedules, and analyzing engagement data
- Applying CentraCare's employment brand in fresh, dynamic ways to stand out in a competitive talent market
- Exploring new tools, trends, and technologies to enhance candidate experiences
- Supporting community engagement through event participation
- Driving excitement and awareness around our career opportunities
- Demonstrating a strong customer service focus
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Mass Communications or related field
- 2 years of experience in service or product marketing, proactive recruiting strategies, or advertising/branding
- Demonstrated project management and program development skills
- Demonstrated copywriting and editing skills
