About The Position

SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Red Intelligence and Targeting Manager to support an opportunity at Davis Monthan AFB. POSITION OVERVIEW SECTION Responsible for managing all aspects of adversary intelligence scenario development and targeting in support of RF-R and associated Detachment One training events. This position serves as the focal point for intelligence planning, scenario realism, and joint targeting integration, ensuring alignment with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) and Joint Task Capability requirements. The incumbent provides subject matter expertise on U.S. adversaries, near-peer threats, and joint targeting processes, ensuring operationally relevant and tactically accurate training environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of DoD targeting intelligence experience
  • Deployed Personnel Recovery (PR) experience at the tactical or operational level, or Intelligence Weapons School graduate, or USAF Flag/Aggressor unit-level exercise support experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining target folders
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with eligibility for Special Access Programs (SAP)

Responsibilities

  • Intelligence Planning & Execution Plan, manage, track, and execute intelligence coordination tasks in accordance with the JELC process
  • Support RF-R and Detachment One training events through all JELC stages
  • Monitor and manage intelligence-related aspects of exercise execution
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the designated Government Supervisor
  • Serve as the focal point for adversary scenario development incorporating real-world operational experience and near-peer threat TTPs
  • Lead all aspects of Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) targeting development and implementation
  • Develop and maintain target folders supporting flying operations
  • Develop Order of Battle (OB) and threat laydown in support of unit Desired Learning Objectives (DLOs)
  • Coordinate with Modeling & Simulation and Common Operating Picture POCs to meet RF-R requirements
  • Coordinate with Air Operations C2 Manager to develop the Air Tasking Order (ATO) and Air Operations Directive (AOD), supporting Red Air operations as applicable
  • Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) supporting exercise requirements
  • Serve as liaison to participating unit Points of Contact (POCs)
  • Provide subject matter expertise to the Chief of Intelligence Operations and/or Director of Operations
  • Conduct RF-R intelligence indoctrination training
  • Assist in preparation of decision briefs for ACC, HAF, and HHQ leadership
  • Handle classified material in accordance with DoD security policies
  • Ensure USAF Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) methodologies are integrated throughout all JELC stages
  • Support organizational learning in JELC Stage 5 and coordinate lessons learned integration into Stage 1 planning
