Summary We are seeking an experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team at a corporate wellness site in Chicago, IL. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional and energetic instructor ready to inspire others through the art of Pilates. We are looking to bring on an on-demand instructor to conduct private and semi-private training sessions.
Requirements
- Nationally recognized Pilates Reformer certification to lead private and semi-private sessions
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Liability Insurance
- Exceptional professionalism, energy, and passion for delivering transformative client experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and retain clients
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality private and semi- private Pilates Reformer sessions
- Build, grow, and manage your client base with support from Kinema Fitness marketing and management teams
- Cultivate an inviting, positive environment that motivates clients and enhances their wellness journey
- Uphold Kinema Fitness’ 5-star hospitality standards at all times
