In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all commercial and industrial refrigeration systems throughout the facility. This role supports daily operations, preventive maintenance programs, and emergency repair needs to ensure all cooling equipment operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. You’ll ensure all cooling systems operate reliably and efficiently, supporting guest comfort and maintaining safe, high-quality food and beverage operations for both guests and associates

Requirements

  • At least 2–5 years of commercial refrigeration or HVAC experience.
  • Strong understanding of refrigeration cycle, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Able to work independently and communicate clearly
  • Experience with large-scale commercial systems (rack systems, chillers, cooling towers).

Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and repair refrigeration systems including walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, chilled water systems, and HVAC-related cooling equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues using proper testing tools.
  • Document all inspections, findings, and repair recommendations.
  • Ensure all work meets EPA, OSHA, and facility safety standards.
