About The Position

Support and assist field service team members. Review and document team’s field service work, including customer communications, sales, job estimating, proposals, scheduling, reports and billing.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work well under pressure to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while utilizing excellent judgement.
  • Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a corporate environment in an administrative role required.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, education verification, motor vehicle report, an approved hair and urine drug screen, as well as periodic, unannounced random testing.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working for a service contractor is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate service schedules, including client specific training requirements.
  • Assist managers and sales teams in the daily operations and management of business activities.
  • Monitor, report, and assist with business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
  • Liaison between customer and management to ensure effective operations delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage project details and tasks to ensure project delivery within budget and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with inter-company standards and procedures.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operations documents and procedures for reference purposes.
  • Review regional staff time and expenses according to payroll schedule.
  • Assist in managing customer expectations, internal and external deliverables.
  • Assist with receiving, reviewing and completing routine paperwork.
  • Assist with credit card reconciliations and tracking of expense reports.
  • Assist with the review, organization, and classification of various vendor invoices.
  • Liaison between regions and the corporate finance department for a/p and a/r management.
  • Provides administrative support or assistance to other team members and regions.
  • Partner with Corporate HR on a monthly basis, to plan and lead quarterly team building events for assigned region.
