About The Position

As a Regional Account Executive, your primary mission is to prospect and secure new, qualified clients across diverse market segments. You will engage with leaders in: Food and Beverage Processing Retail Food Establishments Food Distribution & Logistics Pharmaceuticals Food Service Industry

Requirements

  • Sales Background: 2–5+ years of proven success in Business to Business (B2B) outside sales.
  • Education: High school diploma/GED required
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
  • Requirements: Must have a dedicated home office with reliable internet access.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle record search.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience or strong knowledge of food safety is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Drive growth through consistent cold calling and prospecting for new opportunities.
  • Strategic Sales: Lead the writing and presentation of professional sales proposals.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of CFS services and food safety auditing/training solutions.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent CFS as a premium, specialist provider in the food safety space.
