About The Position

The RAR serves as the primary contact and support to Customers and the CC Depot network on RFID and scanning equipment. Success in this role requires that the RAR develop strong working relationships with internal and external personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a customer facing and/or systematic troubleshooting role
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office products
  • Comfortable with web-based reporting systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Capability and qualifications in wired/wireless hardware devices
  • Work independently and efficiently, demonstrating self-drive and determination to achieve goals
  • Some overnight travel may be required
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Salesforce is plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Serves as primary contact and provides ongoing support and training on RFID and scanning equipment to Customers and Depot.
  • Implementation of RFID and scanning equipment at Customer and Depot locations. This includes:
  • - Works collaboratively with Sales, Account Management and Customer to obtain shipping location files.
  • ­ - Reformatting and Uploading locations into CC systems
  • ­ - Testing equipment functionality
  • ­ - Confirming that readers and scanner IDs are logged and uploaded into CC systems for billing and tracking purposes
  • - ­ Making sure RFID readers remain on and active
  • Monitors and troubleshoots RFID equipment and scanners (including, reader uptime, reader effectiveness, and scan rate) for potential issues.
  • Monitors customer scan activity to identify unprocessed scans (adhocs) and potential location issues.
  • Contacts customers to obtain location information to resolve and clear unprocessed scans.
  • Updates and conducts customer on-site (or remote) training annually or as requested by Account Management or Customer.
  • Collaborates with other departments to identify and resolve other transaction related issues.
  • Builds strong customer relationships and works collaboratively with Account Management to identify new opportunities.
  • Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks using a variety of tools and equipment
