About The Position

Coordinates and plans the schedules and travel plans for VPSOs, Regional Directors and Field Directors' schedules to ensure that their time is allocated efficiently Maintains a clean and organized office space, including the computer room, fax machines, printers, phones, TVs and PowerPoint screens, to deliver a working environment that aligns with the Lowe’s brand Supports customers by answering their letters or calls and dispatching them to the appropriate stakeholders to resolve them Creates Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoints to update staff on project status's during quarterly market director meetings and weekly business reviews Reconciles expense reports for the VPSO and Regional/Field Directors Directs, organizes and plans the logistics (e.g., facility selection, menu planning, transportation arrangements, and audio/visual equipment) for large organization meetings and special event in a manner that ensures meeting goals and budget requirements are met

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 3 years Experience in an Administrative function

  • Experience in a Business Administrative function

Responsibilities
