Responsible for achieving and surpassing volume growth goals for assigned region(s). Reporting directly to the SVP of marketing, this position is a critical member of the regional team working daily/weekly with the SVP of Marketing, regional leadership including market CEO and hospital administrators, JV Partner, local physicians/service providers and community leaders to identify volume growth opportunities, understand competitive dynamics and create strategies that will exceed annual goals. The regional business development manager will also work closely with the centralized branding and advertising team to help develop go-to-market strategies that support growth plans, support the communities we serve and identify customer/area growth opportunities.
