About The Position

ReviveRX is seeking a dynamic and dedicated leader with a passion for developing talent. As Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for coaching a team of Pharmacy Sales Representatives — guiding them in sales fundamentals, organization, and professional growth across the Southeast region. This role is designed for an individual who thrives on teaching and enjoys mentoring the next generation of sales leaders. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of personal organization, exceptional time management, and the ability to instill these skills in others.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in pharmacy, pharma, or medical device environments.
  • 2–5 years of people management experience with a demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members across varying experience levels.
  • A strong desire to educate and lead, with a genuine passion for teaching others how to sell effectively.
  • Excellent personal and professional organizational skills, with a track record of effective time management.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and data systems — HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Stable work history with demonstrated longevity and commitment in prior roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Direct management experience in a compounding pharmacy setting.
  • Recognition for sales performance (e.g., President’s Club, Winner’s Circle).
  • Demonstrated flexibility and change management experience in fast-paced, evolving organizations.
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching & Mentorship: Own the full development of your team of Account/Territory Managers (ATMs/TMs) and Sales Representatives — providing one-on-one coaching on sales tactics, time management, and career progression.
  • Skill Building: Educate the team on foundational and advanced sales skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and CRM proficiency.
  • Organizational Excellence: Teach and enforce best practices for personal and professional organization, specifically within HubSpot CRM and other company systems.
  • Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance metrics, provide regular structured feedback, and implement development plans as needed.
  • Strategy & Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Southeast region, ensuring a clear plan for territory expansion and revenue growth.
