General Description: Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the BeOne Regional Business Manager will partner with the Regional Leadership Team to help the region realize its vision and attain / exceed its sales goals. The Regional Business Manager will accomplish this by critically analyzing market dynamics, identifying trends in the regional marketplace, creating action plans to pull through business opportunities, collaborating with CLD to pull through local training initiatives, ensuring that the regional team fully maximizes/leverages resources, and expanding their leadership skillset in an effort to advance to a leadership position within BeOne.
