About The Position
Consistent Southwest regional freight with predictable home time every week. Strong pay structure, automatic trucks, and no-touch freight. Job Details Home weekly with a 34-hour reset. Average 2,000–2,300 weekly miles. Typical gross $1,200–$1,400 per week. Average 300-mile runs. No-touch freight including drop & hook and live unloads. 2021+ Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth automatic trucks. 24/7 operations support. Pay and Bonuses Pay rate $0.54–$0.60 CPM based on experience. Detention $12.50 per hour after 2 hours. Layover/breakdown $100 per day. $500 after first load + $500 after 30 days sign-on. Requirements
- At least 3 months solo OTR experience in the past 12 months.
- CDL-A and minimum age 21.
- Acceptable MVR and PSP.
- No DUI in the last 5 years.
- DOT physical and drug screen required.
- Consistent employment history.
