About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Regional Client Advocate to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Key Responsibilities Maintain regular engagement with State/Territory Directors of Information Management and other regional stakeholders to collect requirements, feedback, and emerging issues. Communicate enterprise initiatives, system updates, patch/maintenance schedules, and rollout plans to regional partners; coordinate readiness actions. Represent regional concerns in enterprise governance forums; escalate risks, constraints, and dependencies to program leadership. Facilitate cross‑state collaboration to harmonize adoption while accounting for regional operational differences. Track and manage stakeholder concerns, service requests, readiness indicators, and resolution status across assigned entities. Provide recommendations and advisory inputs on regional impacts, implementation risk, and mitigation approaches. Produce regional status reports, coordination summaries, stakeholder sentiment briefings, and recommended actions for program leadership. Support exercises, deployments, and transition activities as regional subject‑matter liaison. #ENOCS

Requirements

  • Min 8 years with BS/BA, Min 6 years with MS/MA, Min 3 years with PhD
  • Clearance: TS/SCI (active)
  • Education / Training / Certification: Candidate must meet ONE: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering; OR Relevant DoD/Military training (e.g., Cyber 101; IT Project Manager (Advanced) Playlist); OR Relevant certifications (see list below).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT stakeholder engagement, client advocacy, program liaison, or related roles—preferably supporting state, DoD, or large distributed enterprises.
  • Skills: Strong stakeholder management, communications, briefing, coordination, issue tracking, and regional program integration skills.
  • Communication: Ability to produce clear status reports and brief senior leadership.
  • Acceptable Certifications (one or more preferred) RCCE Level 1, CCISO, CCSP, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CISSP‑ISSEP, CISSP‑ISSMP, DAWIA PM Advanced, FITSP‑A, FITSP‑M, GFACT, GSLC

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting State/Territory IT organizations, NGB/ARNG engagements, or distributed enterprise rollouts
  • Familiarity with DoD/Army support models, RMF/ATO constraints, and operational continuity considerations
  • Experience managing regional change, training coordination, and cross-jurisdictional dependencies
