As a Regional Development Executive within the National Sales Operation team (Out-of-Home Ice Cream), you will take full ownership of your Regional Route to Market Wholesalers (RRTM) and Independent Key Cash & Carry accounts, the beating heart of our Out-of-Home Ice Cream business. You will drive TMICC share growth, hold full P&L accountability, and deliver sustainable short- and long-term growth through strong Joint Business Plans, financial rigour, and outstanding cross-functional collaboration with the national Business Development Field team and primary Route to Market teams. Requirements

  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing internal reporting accuracy and stakeholder management
  • Ability to develop and execute category growth plans
  • Able to prioritise workload and deliver to deadlines with accuracy
  • Confident influencing and building relationships internally and externally across seniority levels
  • Please note this role requires a full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 pts or previous bans), all offers will be subject to successful completion of a DVLA licence check

Responsibilities

  • Own full P&L responsibility for Regional Route to Market Wholesalers (RRTM) and Independent Key Cash & Carry accounts
  • Own end-to-end Sales In and Sales Out data management at outlet level
  • Use RRTM data to direct and support the TMICC field team towards new and existing outlet opportunities
  • Set SMART objectives to deliver short-term financial targets and long-term strategic growth goals
  • Work cross-functionally to build compelling business cases and unlock incremental investment
  • Create winning incentive plans for field and telesales teams to grow TMICC portfolio market share
  • Build agility into Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with a minimum quarterly review with counterparts
  • Create and manage financial accruals across your customer base, ensuring absolute accuracy
  • Partner with RTM CAMs to ensure best practice financial acumen and accurate forward forecasting
  • Build strong, sustainable relationships at all levels within your accounts and maintain a robust contact matrix
  • Organise workstreams to maximise customer-facing time and business delivery
  • Ensure all JBPs are agreed, signed, scanned, and centrally stored in line with company process
