As a Regional Development Executive within the National Sales Operation team (Out-of-Home Ice Cream), you will take full ownership of your Regional Route to Market Wholesalers (RRTM) and Independent Key Cash & Carry accounts, the beating heart of our Out-of-Home Ice Cream business. You will drive TMICC share growth, hold full P&L accountability, and deliver sustainable short- and long-term growth through strong Joint Business Plans, financial rigour, and outstanding cross-functional collaboration with the national Business Development Field team and primary Route to Market teams.
