At First Mid, base salary is one component of our Total Rewards program. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as (but not limited to) education, skills, internal equity, and experience. This position offers additional compensation in the form of discretionary short-term incentives (i.e. bonus, incentives, and/or commission). Provides strategic leadership and oversight for the Ag Services business across a defined regional market to achieve product line, profitability, and growth objectives. Leads and develops a team of Farm Managers and support staff to ensure effective delivery of property management, real estate sales, and related services. Accountable for the financial performance, operational efficiency, and risk management of regional farm real estate activities. Cultivates key client relationships, drives new business development, and collaborates across Wealth Management, Insurance Group, and Bank divisions to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
