About The Position

Janney Roofing is seeking a Regional Field Safety Specialist in Casselberry, FL to inspect job sites, identify hazards, and support crews in maintaining safe work environments. This is a field-heavy role, traveling daily to multiple sites. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Safety/related field preferred
3+ years of construction or safety experience
Knowledge of construction equipment, methods, and processes
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance

Responsibilities

Conduct daily site inspections, identify hazards, and ensure proper safety equipment is in place
Assist with incident investigations and reporting for accidents, injuries, or property damage
Lead toolbox talks and safety updates for crews
Evaluate subcontractor safety programs and report non-compliance
Track safety metrics and provide updates to leadership
