Responsible for conducting on-the-job and classroom training for all stores within assigned territory. Communicates with District Managers and Store Managers on training progress and results. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Conducts new store management training (including promotions), using training guidelines for instruction on all areas of store operations. Conducts new store training for all management and staff. Conducts operations training for store management. Conducts customer service and sales training with all assigned team members. To include: related selling, product knowledge, merchandising, and all resources such as catalogs, customer promotions etc. Conducts Point of Sale training on all O'Reilly systems, computerized or manual. Covers training program guidelines with store management team members. Conduct field training workshop in assigned territory. Creates written reports, communicating experiences that take place at each training location. Coaches store management on recruiting practices and talent/leadership identification.
