We are seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven leader to oversee program quality and drive new partner growth across the West LA, Hollywood, South Bay and the Valley. This is a hybrid field leadership and business development role. Four days per week will be spent in the field observing sessions, supporting partners, evaluating coaches, and ensuring exceptional program quality. One day per week will focus on outbound sales outreach and scheduling demos to grow new school partnerships. This role requires strong coaching ability, excellent communication skills, flexibility, and comfort with significant local travel.
