The Regional Health and Wellness Specialist is a licensed nurse responsible for supporting clinical operations across assisted living and memory care communities within an assigned region. This role provides clinical project support, training, onboarding, and operational assistance to the Community Health and Wellness Directors and care teams. Reporting to the Director of Care Services, the Regional Health and Wellness Specialist works closely with the National Directors of Resident Care and regional leadership to ensure communities maintain strong regulatory compliance, consistent clinical practices, and high-quality resident care. This position provides hands-on operational support during leadership vacancies, assists with clinical onboarding and training, and helps implement company-wide clinical initiatives. The role requires frequent travel to communities to provide direct support and guidance to local care teams. Guided by the organization’s pillars of Excellence, Human Focus, and Creativity, the Regional Health and Wellness Specialist helps strengthen clinical operations, promote regulatory compliance, and support community teams in delivering exceptional resident care. This position requires 100% travel, following either a 10-day-on, 4-day-off schedule or a Monday–Friday schedule, depending on the community location and operational needs.
