Regional Home Care Operations Manager
About The Position
Elite Home Care, LLC is a non-medical in-home care company that specializes in helping people of all ages both adults and pediatrics with specialized care needs to remain independent in their homes. We currently provide services throughout the state! The Midlands Regional Home Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of Elite Home Care's Midlands offices. The Regional Home Care Manager will maintain brand uniformity for the Elite Home Care offices in terms of scheduling and operational processes. The Home Care Regional Manager will be skilled in developing new processes and procedures and look for opportunities to increase efficiencies and outcomes of the Offices and Operations of Home Care.
Requirements
- Able to pass SC Sled Check
- Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance
- Reliable Transportation (Required)
- 2 Years Experience in a management/leadership role
- 2 Years Experience in Health Care
Responsibilities
- The Regional Home Care Manager of the Midlands will supervise the Operations Managers of Aiken, Columbia and Rock Hill and serve as a resource to provide support for each office's daily operations and scheduling.
- Will be keenly aware of hour trends, anticipated growth and all reasons for losses, as well as analyzing for new growth and maintenance of growth.
- Will be responsible for the oversight and improvement of all operations: overtime, resolutions, hiring, training, quality of care and quality of schedule.
- Will promote integration of all divisions of Elite Home Care, Day Centers and Transportation to promote an optimal client experience
- Will participate in a formal weekly call with each Operations Manager of the Midlands and also with the Director of Home Care to discuss each individual office's past week performance and participate in development of solutions to improve performance and processes
- Will assist Director of Home Care with special projects as they arise
- Will assist with training of new staff and coverage of Midlands Offices when a manager is on leave or PTO
