Regional Maintenance Manager Are you ready to take your maintenance expertise on the road and make a real difference? As a Regional Maintenance Manager at PCA, you’ll play a critical role in driving maintenance projects that shape the future of our manufacturing plants. This is a hands-on position where you’ll work side-by-side with leaders and skilled teams to provide regional maintenance leadership, direction and support to assigned locations. The Regional Maintenance Manager is required to make independent decisions based on sound maintenance practices and existing corporate regulations. The Regional Maintenance Manager is expected to work closely with Maintenance Supervisors in the region to ensure that maintenance crews are trained to support plant objectives and goals and ensure that all equipment is maintained to operate at maximum capacity. Principle Accountabilities Serves as a liaison between all maintenance departments in the region for best practices. Support maintenance supervisors and maintenance personnel in daily operations. Provide expertise to maintenance personnel, and production team regarding equipment investment and/or usage. Assist in troubleshooting of all equipment to assess equipment conditions and identify issues with the operation of all equipment, as needed. Assist in continuous improvement of regional asset operations and maintenance program and strategy to lead implementation of any approved changes. Partner with Maintenance Supervisors to maintain effective short and long-term maintenance planning and scheduling. Liaise with Production and Maintenance personnel to coordinate third-party contractors providing direct maintenance support. Ensure predictive and preventative maintenance services are scheduled in accordance with the accepted intervals and standards and the work is performed in a timely manner. Assist in identifying resources required for planned tasks such as parts, tooling, equipment, and work procedures Assist in developing critical path plans for major equipment installations and shutdowns in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, safe and injury-free environment by ensuring health and safety procedures are understood and followed by all employees. Understand and follow company policies and procedures, share pertinent information that would benefit other members of the team, and finds ways to improve the delivery of service to our customers.
