Regional Maintenance Manager
About The Position
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for property maintenance? Join Morgan Properties as a Regional Service Manager and lead a dynamic team while ensuring excellence across multiple communities. Your Role: Oversee maintenance operations across the region Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled technicians Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and safety regulations Build relationships with vendors and negotiate service contracts Monitor performance and implement continuous improvements This role supports a defined Pennsylvania region and requires the ability to respond on-site to communities within that region in a timely manner, including for urgent or emergency needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years in maintenance leadership
- Strong technical expertise (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
- Leadership skills with a focus on team development
Nice To Haves
- HVAC certification and/or boiler license a plus
