The Regional Manager of Field Services’ role is to provide support for corporate offices, mobilization and support of jobsites, and provide leadership and Human Resource management for Field Services staff in the assigned region. The regional manager assesses, mentors, and coaches assigned direct reports, ensuring the highest-level employee performance based on organizational goals, processes, and procedures. The Regional Manager learns the needs of customers and users as related to infrastructure and jobsite services to engage the different IT functional teams when appropriate and acts as a point of escalation within the IT Organization. The Regional Manager works closely with staff to review and finalize specifications and project plans for various infrastructure and jobsite projects. The Regional Manager is responsible for providing on-time and on-budget performance for job mobilizations and the assigned corporate budget, developing and supporting continual process improvement for the broader Field Service organization, as well as providing work prioritization, scheduling, and a level of technical understanding sufficient to ensure Skanska employs the best technology for our sites and offices.. They will also be required to travel up to 50% of the time through the region to support relationship building and service delivery. Experience with budget management and construction-related industry experience is preferred.
