About the position

The position involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans aimed at supporting market growth targets through analytical insights. The role requires merchandising and optimizing ecommerce menus at a store level to enhance online conversions and drive traffic to physical stores. Responsibilities include creating, managing, and executing promotional and discount strategies tailored to specific markets, utilizing analytics for informed business decisions, and developing strategies for retail marketing that encompass promotional events, partner collaborations, and community outreach initiatives. The candidate will be expected to find efficiencies within a complex marketing stack to improve customer experience and will work cross-functionally with retail, commercialization, and operations teams to deliver top-tier marketing that supports product roadmaps. Additionally, the role requires maintaining a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and adhering to the marketing budget, with KPIs focused on patient/customer growth and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans with objectives, strategies, and tactics to support market growth targets driven by analytical insights
  • Merchandise and optimize ecommerce menus at a store level to increase online conversions and drive traffic to physical stores
  • Create, manage, and execute promotion and discount strategies by market
  • Use analytics to make business decisions
  • Develop strategies and action plans for retail marketing including promotional events, partner collaborations, and community outreach initiatives
  • Find efficiencies across a complex and dynamic marketing stack to improve overall customer experience
  • Own projects and exceed expectations, finding solutions and delivering results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial culture
  • Work cross-functionally with retail, commercialization, and operations to deliver best in class marketing to launch and support product roadmaps
  • Develop strong retail marketing plans that support state revenue targets while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changes in market conditions
  • Maintain working knowledge of the consumer, markets, and trends to glean insights and develop data-driven plans to capitalize on opportunities
  • Adhere to marketing budget
  • Measure KPIs primarily by the success of patient/customer growth, meeting revenue targets, and expanding patient/customer product mix portfolio
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years working in Marketing with a focus on execution, product introduction and commercialization, cross channel media strategy and execution
  • Strategic mind-set, with experience in developing business strategies in complex and dynamic business environments
  • 3+ years in consumer-packaged goods marketing, digital marketing, or retail marketing preferred
  • Experience contributing to the retail and marketing planning process in a matrixed organization
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong customer focus and relationship orientation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Regional and national travel required
