Requirements

  • Leadership: 2+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in QSR, coffee, or drive-thru environments. (Bachelors degree preferred).
  • Operational Grit: Expertise in labor modeling, scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Communication: A clear, candid communicator who thrives under pressure and remains solution-oriented in fast-paced settings.
  • Culture: A passion for leading through positivity, empowerment, and genuine, uplifting interactions with guests and crew.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work early mornings (as early as 5 a.m.), late nights (up to 11:30 p.m.), weekends, and holidays.
  • Mobility: Regular presence in stands across the Buffalo area; travel up to 75%.
  • Physicality: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Develop: Coach and scale high-performing teams (40+ members) and develop Stand Managers to achieve performance goals.
  • Model Excellence: Maintain proficiency in all front-line duties—from crafting drinks to leading shifts—to support and model operational standards.
  • Drive Profitability: Analyze P&L statements, KPIs, and reporting tools to ensure low labor costs and top-tier efficiency.
  • Be Present: Spend 75% of your time in the stands—coaching, observing, and staying connected to the heart of the operation.
  • Build the Pipeline: Collaborate with leadership to implement new initiatives and build internal talent for sustained growth.
