About The Position

As the Regional Manager, you will oversee operations, performance, and strategic direction across multiple locations within a designated region, ensuring consistent execution of company goals, high customer satisfaction and strong team leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (MBA preferred)
Several years of multi-location management experience, typically in retail, hospitality, sales or service industries
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Strong understanding of budgeting, sales forecasting and performance metrics
Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in business software (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office, POS systems)
Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region
Knowledge of regional market trends and customer behaviors
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams

Responsibilities

Supervise and support managers and staff at multiple locations within the region
Drive regional sales goals, customer service standards and profitability
Monitor and analyze store or site performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
Recruit, train and develop management teams to ensure operational excellence
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and brand standards
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and regional initiatives
Implement company-wide programs, promotions and policy changes
Resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges
Manage regional budgets and financial performance, including cost control
Conduct regular site visits, audits and performance reviews
