Award‑winning MG Properties is excited to expand into Texas and is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead and grow our new North Dallas portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in launching a new region while helping shape MG Properties’ continued growth in a new state. We are looking for a strong, hands‑on leader who is passionate about developing teams, driving operational excellence, and building high‑performing communities. This role will support and develop existing teams while also preparing for future acquisitions as MG Properties continues to expand its Texas footprint. The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall performance and operation of all assigned apartment communities within the North Dallas region. This includes providing leadership and oversight to Property Managers and on‑site teams while ensuring financial performance, operational consistency, and resident satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of property management experience, or two (2) years of experience in a Regional Manager role
  • Multifamily industry experience required
  • Strong background in marketing, pricing, leasing, customer service, and sales
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high‑performing teams
  • Service‑ and solution‑oriented with a demonstrated results‑driven track record
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Experience with property management software platforms such as Yardi and RealPage
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing day‑to‑day operations of multiple apartment communities
  • Monitoring property performance, budgets, income, and expenses
  • Coaching, training, and developing Property Managers and on‑site teams
  • Overseeing capital improvement and renovation projects
  • Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing monthly and quarterly financial and operational reports
  • Supporting pricing, revenue management, and marketing strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws, Landlord‑Tenant regulations, and company policies
  • Maintaining a strong focus on customer service and resident satisfaction
  • Supporting growth initiatives as new communities are added to the portfolio
