As a Regional Market Manager, MEP you’ll be part of our Commercial Construction field sales team as a field-based remote employee in your assigned territory. You’ll get to: Manage a team made of a MEP Agency Manager and Regional Account Manager, overseeing agency partners and key distribution partners. Foster and maintain relationships with key distribution partners and end-users in the market. Maintain a pipeline of prospective end-users and prioritize key users in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing industry. Support regional assets in planning and executing successful counter-day events. Launch of new products within the region and keep all relevant parties updated. Keep management and marketing updated on competitor trends and changes. Possess in-depth knowledge of the product line and applications in the Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC Channel. Drive market share growth and increase top-line sales in the assigned market. Prepare and execute key product demonstrations for end-users and counter days. Coordinate promotions, COOP, and marketing support for account growth and sales.
