About The Position

The Regional People Partner provides hands‑on support to people leaders and employees across the Region/BU, ensuring the consistent and practical implementation of People and Culture policies, processes, and employee‑focused services. This role plays a key part in strengthening people leadership capability, enhancing the employee experience, and supporting the smooth, effective operation of teams within a global organization. Working primarily with managers, the Regional People Partner offers guidance on a wide range of people matters, including performance, development, absence, wellbeing, and policy interpretation. The role acts as a trusted advisor, helping leaders navigate day‑to‑day people topics with confidence and ensuring decisions are aligned with both local legislation and company standards. When issues arise, the Regional People Partner takes a practical, solution‑oriented approach, enabling timely resolution while promoting fairness, consistency, and a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Remains up to date with local employment laws, internal and external regulations, compliance requirements, and procedures where applicable.

  • Excellent stakeholder partnership skills with an ability to collaborate, communicate and influence effectively.
  • HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and HR operations
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Growth mindset, with a focus on continual self-development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Providing day-to-day coaching and guidance to managers on people matters, including performance challenges, conduct concerns, team dynamics, and general management responsibilities.
  • Managing employee relations cases from first inquiry through to resolution, ensuring transparent communication, proper documentation, and consistent application of policy.
  • Acting as a first line escalation point for operational HR questions, policy clarification, and people related problem solving.
  • Supporting HR programmatic processes such as performance reviews, compensation administration, offboarding, and workforce changes.
  • Ensuring operational consistency in the application of HR processes across multiple countries within the region, in partnership with HR operations teams.
  • Supporting the regional/BU rollout of global and company-wide HR programs (e.g., performance management cycles, talent programs, engagement initiatives, comp reviews), ensuring alignment with plan requirements and business needs.
  • Coaching and equipping managers to implement these programs effectively, providing clear guidance, tools, and ongoing support to drive adoption and successful execution.
  • Identifying recurring issues, process gaps, or trends in manager queries and recommending improvements that enhance the employee and manager experience.
  • Working collaboratively with global P&C teams to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives and strong integration of regional feedback into global design.
  • Success in this role requires strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance employee advocacy with practical business needs.
